Refund Policy
SLP — Sorted Labeled Prompts · Last updated: July 2026
1. Summary
1.1. A Pack is digital content. The full prompt text is revealed the moment the purchase completes, and it can be copied in its entirety on first view. For that reason purchases are final and are not refundable once access has been granted.
1.2. This is stated before payment, not after. The price, the number of prompts, the model each Pack is written for and this policy are all shown on the Pack page prior to checkout.
2. What is refunded
2.1. The Operator nonetheless corrects its own failures. A refund is issued in full where:
- The same Pack was paid for twice — the duplicate charge is returned.
- Access was never delivered and could not be restored after contacting support. Access is bound to the email address given at checkout; a sign-in link that went astray is normally resolved by requesting a new one, which is not a failure of delivery.
- A charge was taken without a corresponding order.
2.2. These are corrections of a defective transaction, not a change-of-mind right.
3. What is not refunded
- Change of mind, or a Pack bought by mistake, after the prompts have been revealed.
- Results produced by an artificial-intelligence service that fall short of expectation. The prompts are supplied as written; the output depends on the model, the image supplied by the Customer and settings outside the Operator’s control.
- The cost of the artificial-intelligence service itself. Packs are prompt text only — generation is paid for separately by the Customer to the provider of that service.
- Loss of access caused by the Customer losing control of the email address used at checkout.
4. Statutory rights
4.1. Where the Customer is a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days would ordinarily apply. By completing the purchase and obtaining access, the Customer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges that this right is thereby extinguished, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent national provisions.
4.2. Mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded by agreement remain unaffected by this policy.
5. How to request a refund
5.1. Write to support@slp.gallery from the email address used at checkout, stating what was purchased and what went wrong. No particular form is required.
5.2. Requests are answered within five (5) business days. Where a refund is due it is returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear is set by the card issuer or payment provider, typically five to ten business days.
5.3. Creemis the merchant of record for every purchase and processes refunds on the Operator’s instruction. Creem may also exercise its own discretion in respect of payment disputes and chargebacks under its own policies.
5.4. Raising a chargeback before contacting support is discouraged: it is slower than a direct request and results in access to the Pack being withdrawn.
6. Relationship to the Terms
6.1. This policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions and is to be read with clause 7 thereof. Where the two differ, this policy governs questions of refunds.
